2024 Election of Lay Directors
Nominations

Our Annual Business Meeting will be held at the KRT campus on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

We are now accepting nominations of individuals to serve on the Board of Directors.

The deadline to nominate individuals is March 7, 2024.

Term of Office

The term of office of lay Directors is for three consecutive years, with three lay Directors being elected each year.

After a lay Director has served for six consecutive years, he/she is ineligible for re-election for a period of one year. Where a lay Director does not complete a full three-year term of service (e.g. due to resignation or passing away), another lay person may be elected by the Senior Members at the next Annual Business Meeting to complete the term of service.

A maximum of three lay Directors can be elected at the Annual Business Meeting on May 14, 2024 to each serve for a three-year term.

Current Lay Directors

Mary-Ann Andrews, Norman Dickson, Myrol Parsons, Doug Tannahill,  Domenic Tassone and Dudley Williams will continue serving on the Board.

Abraham King has served on the Board for six consecutive years and is accordingly ineligible for re-election this year.
